Normally/overall: good customer service, good food. I really like the staff, they're friendly and professional. Had a couple of truly minor hiccups over the years but there was no way that I wasn't going back because yes, the staff is that nice. However tonight, I encountered a demon. The young lady who was working there with the older gentleman was simply TERRIBLE. It was between 9:30 ish-10 PM. That woman was rude. Seriously, look in the dictionary for the word, rude and her picture should be there. She took my order, repeated it to me, and still messed up. Meaning she told the gentleman that I wanted something that I never asked for. Still a four (4) star but had it been my first time there, I would be rating that place a one.. for the food and the guy at the end who completed my transaction. The food is good guys and they deserve the four star rating (general staff, service, and food). However, like I said had it been my first time there and I had to run into that beast. Nope. I will never go again if she's in there. NEVER. What a horrible person.

It wasn’t too crowded so it was very chill which I really liked. The wings were so good, I’m back in Türkiye, but I’m really craving them right now. It’s really worth a taste
